At Passionate Hands Home Health Agency, we provide safe, supportive, and person-centered Residential Support Services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a certified provider through Indiana’s Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS), we are dedicated to helping individuals live fulfilling lives in a home environment that promotes independence, dignity, and community inclusion.

Our residential services are designed to meet each person’s unique needs and preferences. We offer 24/7 support in structured, nurturing home settings where individuals receive assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks. Beyond physical care, our team fosters emotional well-being, social engagement, and skill-building to support each individual’s personal growth and goals.

We are a certified provider of Indiana’s Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) Waiver, Family Supports Waiver (FSW), and Money Follows the Person-CIH Transfer. These Medicaid waiver programs allow us to deliver personalized residential services that promote independence, community involvement, and a higher quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
