In-Home Supportive Services

At Passionate Hands Home Health Agency, we proudly support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities through compassionate, person-centered In-Home Support Services. As a certified provider under Indiana’s Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS), we are committed to helping individuals live as independently and meaningfully as possible right in the comfort of their own homes.

Our in-home support staff assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. We also provide mobility assistance, community access, and companionship, ensuring that each person receives the care, encouragement, and respect they deserve.

These services are available through Medicaid waiver programs including the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) Waiver, Family Supports Waiver (FSW), and Money Follows the Person-CIH Transfer. Our goal is to help individuals build life skills, stay connected to their communities, and maintain their independence with dignity and confidence.
