Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation CPR training is a hands-on, instructor-led course that teaches participants how to recognize and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies. During the training, individuals learn how to perform chest compressions, deliver rescue breaths, and use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The course includes practice on manikins, real-life emergency scenarios, and step-by-step guidance to ensure participants feel confident and capable. Training covers adult, child, and infant CPR, as well as how to assist someone who is choking. Upon successful completion, participants receive a certification card valid for two years.

Our courses follow the latest guidelines from the American Heart Association (AHA) and the Red Cross. We offer flexible training options, including in-home and on-site classes, making it easy for families, healthcare workers, and community groups to access life-saving education in a comfortable setting.
